What to do

Ok i want to turn my 29 gallon saltwater tank to a reef tank i have no fish in it but 2 starfish and 2 anemones i just wanted to know what to get and if u can how much i have good lights but nothing else

Really depends on what you'd like to keep. Possibly upgrade your lighting to at least PC's or VHO's...I'd set-up a sump with a decent return pump and a quality skimmer...refugium if you have the room...quality LR and LS if you want a sand bed. Make sure everything matures and is stable...then carefully select corals to fit your system. Can't really provide spificas for your system...the choices would be entirely up to you and what you'd like to evolve in your reef.
