What to feed and supplement??

what should i have to feed and supplement my reef tank? specific foods and supplements for trace?????

hey there
as far as supplements i only dose my current 100g with B-Ionic 2 part addative other then that my Mg and iodine stay fine
as far as feeding my corals i feed some various frozen foods some cyclopeeze some baby brine and some live phytoplankton

Depends on what is in it. I only dose B-Ionic to maintain calcium and alk. No special foods for the corals, but I do spot feed allmy corals that are capable of eating with pelleted fish food, 2 or 3 times a week, just for the heck of it, as to me they are interesting watching when they eat. Everything else gets what it needs from the waters trace elements, fish waste, lights, and any microscopic stuff fromthe frooozen locally prepared food I feed the fish....

ok so where do i get this B-Ionic? also i would like to have atleast some supplements on hand for feeding and emergency buffers, any reccomendations on stuff like that?
