what to feed my broomtail wrass

I am not sure what to feed a broomtail.........I haven't heard of many folks keeping them. If it is like most of the wrasses I have kept or seen, it will probably take to meaty as well as flake foods. My fairy wrasse loves brine and mysis shrimp as well as marine flakes. I think that broomtails get pretty big...........you may have to start feeding it krill or silverslides as it gets larger...........if it already isn't a big motha.

I have never had a broomtail but my LFS has one that he has kept for about 6 years. The fish is large (14-15") and eats BIG chuncks of squid (1" cubes) and also large whole shrimp. I would guess he would eat just about anything that fits in his mouth.
