What to feed?

I have one false perc, one small yellow tang, and one flame angel.
I've been feeding them formula one frozen food. Should I vary their diet, and if so, what else should I feed them?

Yes vary their diet. I feed formula 1 and 2 and reef complete as well as brine, krill, superba. bloodworms, seaweed selects, and flakes. Other treats once in a while as well. Most fish will do much better with a varied diet so they get all the things they need. Besides how'd you like to eat the same thing everyday?(unless it was ice cream)

how about chopped up seafood from the grocery store, life shrimp or scallops?
Do these still have the necessary nutrients?
