what to stock my 125 with

ok im cylceing my tank now and im running a wet dry, protien skimmer and a coral life uv. ive come up with these fish
-passer angle
-naso tang
-volitan lion
-panther grouper
-jeweled moray
-green bird wrass or cuban hog
any suggestions or expeirence are very helpful.

Of the group my only concern would be the angel. They tend to need really good water quality and it's just hard to maintain with an aggressive set up of messy eaters. The others will do fine though. You won't see a whole lot of movement with that group. The wrasse and the naso will stay swimming but the others will just kind of hang out in one spot.
Sounds like it will be a nice setup though.

thats a pretty large bioload. That grouper will get huge really fast. Better get a lot LR.

what about the jeweled moray will he get big and make short work of all other inhabitants?

If they are small enough to eat consider them a meal. They can be aggressive specimens.
