Can anyone suggest the type of bulbs I may want for my 55 gallon reef. I'm getting 4 110 watt vho bulbs. How many blue, daylight, etc. would you recommend?

I use the exact ration Saltyrich suggested. This is my reasoning, far fetched as it is.
URI - My corals like these bulbs even if I prefer the cheaper ones.
Actinics - Love the look... can beat the flourescence with any other bulb.
AquaSun - Though my el-cheapo Lux meter it appears they are useful for about 2 years on my IceCap ballasts. The Actinics are pretty shot after 1 year.
ActinicWhite - I used to use them but I figure if the Actinic phosphors are shot after 1 year then they need to be replaced after a year or you're running with just 1/2 a bulb
Since the AquaSun seems fine for 2 years, that's what I use.
I also use the AquaSuns an additional 2 years on my refugium where they are still quite bright... just not reef-worthy.
