NOOOOOOOOO. I do not recommend doing this at all! Clarkii's are almost as aggressive as Maroons and whenever possible different clowns should not be mixed.

I have a maroon clown hosting a LTA. Took him a day to host it! Feeds it and everything, it's so cool!!

Your question is faulted, kind of.
Any clown can probably host it... but not any clown will. It's up to the individual clown(s) to do that. Some will take right to it, others of the same species won't go close.

took my percs and ocesellaris like 3 or 4 weeks to host my LTA's... give it time... 1 of my percs now hosts my frogspawn while the other stays in the anemone. just give it time.

I have a question? Here it goes! Last might my maroon Female moved the LTA fro
it's orginal spot. It undugnit and moved it to a spot closer to a cave, sort of speak. The anemone is fine, but why would she move the anemone? The anemone ate today so I know he did not look for another spot so he is not stressed!

the clownfish did not move the anemone, the anemone wanted to move so the clown got all of the sand away from its foot, they do that,,,Believe me, if i cant move my anemone, the clown with its cute little mouth and swatting tail aint moving it either, lol.

Should I be worried about the anemone moving? All my water parameters are excellent. Tank has been set up for a year! Had it for a week and this is the first movement. Found a spot really fast and stayed there till it moved, it only moved like couple of inches from orginal spot.

I have 2 b&w percs that hosted to my LTA. It also took a while, but I was totally stoked when they finally did! Now they're in it all the time! I also have a gold stripe maroon who is hosted to a bubble tip, but I swear they don't even look at each other. They all seem to be pretty content!
