What was the coolest hitchhiker you ever found?

i have a mini green capet anemone, started out about the size of half a dime, not its quater sized, under 260 watts of PC

Just bought 5 1/2 lbs from my LFS display tank for $1.99 per pound. Found 1 (red) emerald crab ( bigger than my green emerald crab hope they get along) and 1 thing I am not sure what it is. Looks like small feather duster or something...Size of a pea with base and tentacles like an anenome??? Try to get a pic later.

bright red crab,lobster,sea cucumber,jellyfish,starfish and thats about it

ibougt about 17 pounds of live rock and i got a star fish, a snail, alot of small feather dusters, 5 mushrooms and a lot of polups.

I like my peanut worm. I just saw him last night for the first time in almost a year. I must have stared at him for at least a good 20 minutes.

Hummm I don't know about the neatest..but oddest..yes! I got a cigarett butt in my live sand! Yuk! Other than that, I got a bunch of feather dusters on a mushroom. I love those little guys..feathers rule.

Hopefully, that isn't aiptaisia (sp?).

Many feather dusters and some type of algae plant which got eaten by my tang when I put the rock in. Depending on where you buy your rock will depend on how much life you get. Check out other websites on the net and you will find great life on their rocks but I can't name which site.

Woohoo! I can finally post something on this thread! First set of LR that i purchased online so far hasn't given me any hitchhikers (except for pods) and i was starting to get frustrated. Then I purchased my second set of LR from an established tank and now I have hitchhikers galore :cheer: !!! Just found out that i have a turkey wing clam, a bunch of featherdusters, and unfortunately a couple of aptasias. :mad:

I just ordered 50 lbs of fiji LR from SWF.com . I'll let you know what hitchhikers I find when it gets here. I should have it Monday or Tuesday.
