2 scrambled eggs, 3 slices turkey bacon, water. I follow South Beach. Oh, and I know what grits are and they're nasty!!

But it isn't chunky, kind of the consitancy of malt-o-meal.

i love grits but then again iam from the south. its got the consistancy of malt-o-meal or cream of wheat. and if you dont know what those are go to waffel house and order some grits. i take mine with butter sugar and cinn. but i only eat breakfast after a long night!!

Don't temp me Shogun, I know where you are!! We have had some crap weather lately.......I don't think spring is ever coming.

Oh btw, I had a bowl of cheerios with a banana

Heeheheee. Weather is perfect here!!
It's in the 70's. I just got finished riding my bike down to Safety Harbor pier near the spa and enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Tampabay.

you can put meat in there if you want too, I've mixed my grits with ham.

That is SO not nice!!

I had left over Easter eggs also.....yesterday.
