Hi,
My first fish was a yellow-tail blue damsel named spike (because he kept his dorsal fin up a lot, and it had spikes on it). I saved him from a friend who's heater broke, so this fish had survived electroshock, and then cold temperatures (around 60 degrees) for weeks before I finally got a tank and transferred him.

3 damsels. 1 of them killed the other two and in a attempt to save them I removed the aggressive one and he jumped out of his temporary tank over night and died. So I lost all 3.
Shortly after the lose of the damsels I added a seabae clown that is still with me today. That was over 5 years ago.

my first fish were two half in clown fish and they are so cute.. i have a nano ten gallon reef and i always wanted sum clown fish and sea anemones and i found just the right ones to fit in my tank... :D

Two green spotted puffers. I got them super cheap, but they ended up being to aggresive for what I wanted to do. So I sold them for more then I had paid for them ;)

I'm not a fan of damsels, so I'll say my first "real" fish was a coral beauty. They are active and attractive!

I was lucky. a Friend was basically trying to get rid of her tank. So I got a complete system, fish and all (see my bio)! I now am hooked on saltwater tanks!
