I have a 65 gallon tank still cycling with 60lbs. of ls and 55 lbs. of lr. I am just wondering how many fish, inverts, corals and such I can put in it? average I am a newbie at this as you can probably tell by the rest of my posts

Hi there,
I don't know much about PC lighting, so I can't comment about the light-dependent aspects of the question (corals). But for fish, it really depends on who you talk to. Ways to look at it: 1. based on inches of fish per gallon, 2. maximum amount you can put in that is supported by your existing biofilter media, and 3. based on the type of fish (e.g. tangs, chromis, and gobies have different swimming characteristics and needs, which depends on tank size, amount of LR and sand, etc). There may be more, but I don't claim to be an expert at any of these ways, but just thought I'd share.

I would switch out the 4 50/50 bulbs for two 10,000k and two true 03 actinic the first chance I got. The 50/50 bulbs I don't think are true actinic they are just blue bulbs 7200k and not very good or attractive. You'll notice a big difference in the 03 actinic. With this light you should be able to keep all softies, and several LPS but don't rush out and buy coral let your tank mature first. As for fish it would be best to start with a list of possible fish you want to keep and then get opinions on the list.

If you take it slow then by the time you get to that point you will know how to read the tank and decide if you should add more or not. If you stock quickly then you are likely to fail no matter if you add a little or a lot.
Like said above make a list then research then stock slowly. If you do that you should be fine.
Fish - as many as the tanks bio filter will support (assuming that you don't crowd the fish and make their life hell) I would start off with 2-3 smaller fish and a clean-up crew for a couple of months. After 1 month add some hearty corals.
corals - as many as you can fit in (assuming that the tank can infact support their requirements)
