What won't jump, but will clean sand?

I'm at a loss - we've had 3 different types of gobies, and until after we found one that jumped did the fish store owner bother to tell us that they would do that..... What can we put in our tank that will clean/sift the sand but won't jump out of the tank?

i have a brown barred goby that constantly sifts the sand, i doubt he would jump as mine never goes more than halfway up the tank. he does have a tendency to dig under the rocks which gets annoying.

i have an engineer goby that moves the sand around....

might be another choice for you. looks like an eel but is really a fish when full grown. fairly cheap too. ill try to get a pic of mine posted later.

You could try a fighting conch to clean/stir up sand. They are reef safe, too.

you could try nassarius snails

yeah the fighing conchs are awesome too.
