What would be the best order to add these fish to the tank?

-Sixline

The most territorial last watchmen, gramma, clowns and sixline IMO

If its a new tank, and you're new to the hobby, I would put the clown in first. They're nearly bulletproof, and are most likely to be successful.
Then goby, then gramma, then sixline, and be ready to pull the sixline out, if it can't get along.
