What would you do? (ich)

I have a 100 gallon FOWLR (100 lbs LR, cleaner shrimp and snails) with 3 fish in it (heniochus, and 2 false perculas). They all have ich on them. I have a 20 gallon for a quarantine. Should I put all 3 of them in the 20 gallon and treat them or will they get stressed out for being too compact and end up dying? Or should I let them try to battle it out in the DT? The heni is eating and active and moving around. The clown fish are into hiding and are starting to get picky on the food.

After I quit crying...How large are the fish? If small, do it your way..if they are big guys... I would remove the inverts, to the 20g...put the rock in a tub with saltwater and a power head...remove sand to a bucket and cover with saltwater...then treat the DT full of fish.
Now that I think on it..the inverts could just go in with the rock. So put a heater in there with the rock and power head.

I was thinking about that but I have way too much stuff in my tank to move out. The heni is medium size. I might just go find a used tank for them. You think a 40 gallon would be ok for all 3 of them? I'll probably just set the 20 gallon and make it a reef for my son. :)
