Hi,
I am working on setting up a 270g (72 x 36 x 24H) FOWLR tank and I am trying to figure out the water movement setup for this tank. I understand that the water movement on a fish-only tank is not as critical as a reef tank but I want enough flow to move around any detrius and fish waste up to the Calfo-style horizontal overflow trough.
So, what do you have or what would you do if you were me. Drill four holes for a closed loop with a 4-way OM system or purchase two 6200 Tunzes and a controller. I have not priced them but I believe they are close in price. Looking for the best way to move the water.
