I went to lfs today to get a couple things and they just got some marshall rock in, nice pieces. I got 27lbs for 6.99 a lbs. I paid with a cc and didn't look at the receipt untill I got home. They charged me for 2.7lbs( about $19). Gift? What would you do?:confused:

OOPS. If it's a LFS that you like and deal with alot, I think you should step up and do the right thing.
On the other hand, they probably paid $2.00/lb for it so.......
How nice of rock was it??

Well ME, I would FORGET IT!!! Take the rock and ADMIRE IT!
Than I would go back for more tommorrow, just a piece or 2 and IF they mess up again....... go back and BUY MORE!!!! LOLOL
I would call the # on the back of your CC and check the charge first.. LOL

Yep, that is a gift, but....One thing I can say is my LFS overcharge me for LR ( about $70) and they were desperately looking for my phone number, but not found, and when I returned they told me and I had a wonderful credit!!! My LFS is not into it for money, but happy customers. I couldnt do it to them. It would suck to say, hey add such amount to my cc. But the other LFS

in a heartbeat, I'd let them eat it! You have to know the background to understand. A bunch of idiots.
