what would you put in this set up...

i've come into a free 30 gallon w/ stand and lights (jbl compact fluor.))...i've always done aggressive before but not in this small of a tank...any suggestions???

I would use it as a sump, or QT tank. A small tank would be more maint to keep up. less H2O = less diluted nitrates & waste.
