what would you reccomend?

i am getting a 1755 watt 14 mh for a 20 high and want to add some cooling fans. i looked at these and here is the discription..." Two 3" fans, AC/DC plug, 2 heat sensors. Everthing is completely assembled all you have to do is plug them in."
does this sound like a good deal for $28.50?also does the sensor go into the water or in the air?
if you dont reccomend this what would you?

Are you asking about a 175 watt 14K bulb? Is this going to be for the grow out tank? if so you'd be much better off with a pendant or hanging the canopy over the tank..
