set up my new 65 gallon tank have 5 inch sand bed,return pump ect,looking to keep acans zoos and some lps only.the tank is 48x18x20.looking for a light fixure

I voted for the MH's but you could do it with 6 T5's if they had indavidual refectors its just that MH's IMHO grow coral faster

Isn't that a 75? If its a 75 I would do 2x250 halides.

Either six-individually reflected T5 with good bulbs, or two 250w halides. You could probably get away with 175s though. I think you'd be happy with either the halides or the T5.
