Welcome to the boards. The maxi jets are a great choice.:yes: That's almost 10x turnover per hour for your tank which is good. The real question is what you plan to keep in your tank...if you plan on keeping corals, than you'll want more than that IMO.

maxijets are very good i have only run them and had no problems with them and mostly everyone perfers them

good deal, thanks for your opinions! if i do corals then i will pick up more...i just picked up a Aqua Clear Pro 150 tonight, so now i have the tank, stand, and filter...it has a protein skimmer built in...so i need a return pump, heater, testkit, and lights...and of course LR & LS...and i think i should be ready to start the cycling...i want to do 50lbs of play sand from HD..and 40lbs of the bagged live sand...i can get a good deal on that around here...hope that kind is ok to start off with...am i missing anything?...
