Whats a ice cap 660?

a lot of people say that they use a ice cap 660, but none will say what it is.......................is it like a bulb holder? if so, then you just need to buy the vho bulbs and stick them into the ice cap 660.......Am i right?

It is a ballast that runs the bulbs. All flourescent bulbs have a ballast to make them work. This ballast is specifically made to run VHO bulbs. (or Power compacts)
