I just got my Metal Halides in last week and now it's finally time to get an Anemone and a clam. What is an easy to care for hardy anemone that will safe in a reef tank. The tank is a 90 gallon tank, the lighting is 2 x 250W 14000K HQI's.

Do I acclimate it and then palce it in the tank in a specific spot like a coral? Or do I just drop it in and let it finds its way?

Set it in gently. It will move to where it wants to be and may hide for a week or so at first.

most people spot feed their bta's but they're not as needy as most other livestock. i spot feed mine about once a week. the anemone will move itself around the aquarium until it finds the spot it likes and then it will anchor itself.

Do you palce the clam in a specific area when introducing it to the tank or do they move around on their own?
