Spirorbid worms.
These are really common when a new tank (anything less than 12-18 months) continues to "settle in."
They are harmless, and they will die off on their own as their nutrient supply dries up. I prefer not to try to clean them or scrape them, as the more you control the population, the longer it takes them to consume their nutrients and die back on their own.
