whats good to grow coralline

what is good to use to get coralline alge to grow on live rock ive had my tank setup for 6 months if not over and i have had lr in there but havnt really added anything all the rock has some spots of it on it but its not covered.

get salinity up to .024-.026 calcium 400+ and alk at 10 range. a decent amount of water flow also helps.

actinic lighting, and ive read that either phosphates or nitrates will inhibit coralline growth. im pretty sure it was phosphates that will inhibit coralline growth. i will find out for sure tonight (I wrote it down) and tell you. also if you can get some scrapings of coralline from someones tank and add it to your tank that will help as long as your conditions are right.
