Does anyone know what is growing out of the top of my candycane coral? Its dark purple and looks like some kind of plant. It seems to grow very fast, it took two months for it to grow that big! Im not sure if it good or bad for the coral or if I can remove it and plant it on my live rock. Any help would be great.
