Does it retract when you touch it? some is brown, some is white, all shades in between and some are banded like yours.

looks like you got yourself a manitee, or as we sailors call it, a sea cow. The best course of action would be to ask your self why you got into the saltwater hobby and then get a phycologist. good luck
