Whats the best lights I can get for the money

Ive got a 55 gallon aquiruim no cannopy a simple two bulb 40W system rigged under my old perfect hood. I dont really want to spend no more than $200 if possible. Post me some links to some good places guys?

VHO Flos are going to be your best/cheapest bet.

I just bought a 48" SmartLite for my 55 gal tank. It is two 65W power compact tubes -- 50% daylight and 50% actinic -- and a black powdercoat vented hood. Cost from flyingfishexpress was $182. I'm sure there may come a point when I need a bit more, but this for me was the simplest and cheapest way to get underway.
