What's the best salt to use?

I have been buying my saltwater from my lfs premixed, but now am going to start mixing my own. I was told that mixing seachem reef salt with instant ocean would be the best. Does anyone have any input on what kind of salt I should buy.

like renogaw said, it is a debatable topic. I have used Instant Ocean for almost a year now (my tanks lifespan) and it has given me no trouble. My Ca is a little low and I have to suppliment though.

I use Instant Ocean Reef Crystals. This is specially made for reefs. The just Instant Ocean is for fish only tanks. The crystals have more calcium.
