Whats the best way to ship Xenia?

Has anyone tried shipping Xenia? I would like to ship some from Minnesota to Arizona and would like some pointers on how to make sure they arrive alive and well. I know they need to be bagged and shipped in a cooler but I'm worried about shipping them.

Just ship them in a insulated styrofoam box to area code 43609 with postage paid.

What about the thermos technique? I heard that would work good with clippings.

I just shipped a mantis shrimp to Iowa in a plastic 'coffee' thermos. Worked great. I put him and the tank water in a ziploc bag, then another ziploc bag and then into the thermos. Thermos into an box surrounded with crunched up newspaper.
