This is the main reason I keep so much.
I received a small frag from a friend 4 months ago and I now have 4 additional rocks with it on. Two of the rocks will go to my LFS. The original rock will go back to the friend since he lost all of his due to a bad water change. Just wondering if you just touch yours to another rock and then sell that to the store? Or, can it be pulled off and sold loose?

i tried to get some xenia, but it died on the way here (overnight shipping)
does anyone have any shipping suggestions for xenia? i know its hard to ship but theres got to be some way. i want some SO bad and i cant find any around here.
if someone from iowa or wisconsin or a surrounding state (to iowa) reads this and has some they would give or sell to me for really cheap (because of gas, and im poor) PM me and ill see if its too far to drive.
ive read alot people give it away to people near them and i get so jealous. i want to grow it so i can get it in the LFS so more people can get it.
i just...love fields of xenia and i cant find any.
the person who i bought it from said they would send me more if i pay for shipping again, thats why i asked for shipping advice (so i can kind of suggest a way to send it)

I have deal worked with both LFS where they give me rubble and I just set it in the middle of the colony but right on top and they wiill grow around and up the go on the top. Takes about 1-2 weeks and it does not kill them.

mine was pulled off the side of a 300gal DT's glass at a LFS and sold without being attached to anything. I got 2 branches for only $15! What he told me to do is get a small piece of rock and place the xenia horizontal. Put the edge of the rock on the very end of the xenia and wait about 5 days. It will attach itself to either the small piece of rock or the larger rock under neath it and after it becomes secure to something it will stick straight up and thats when you can move it (usually 5th day). I did exactly what he said and was successful. Hope that helps!
