whats the ratio of sea salt to water before the water saturates??

Looking for a little help... How much sea salt can I add to water at what ratio before it saturates and the salt will start to collect at the bottom of the tank and Im wasting salt?

By the time you get to that point I'm sure everything will be dead. You should be using a refactormeter or atleast a hydrometer to check your salinity levels

Yeah, you'll be able to add a LOT more salt than what saltwater animals can handle.

If you are experiencing sediment after mixing your saltwater then the sediment isn't leftover salt. It's probably Calcium carbonate. This happens when improperly mixing saltwater and/or using tap water.

Typically you should be using slightly more than 1/2 cup of salt mix per gallon of water.
