yes you will......shoot/hit/mame them as they are across the threshold of your door/window entry way. Sorry, but if someone breaks in and enters my property and I identify my intentions...... well they deserve what they get. The law cannot protect them from that.

It's tough. The crimes outlined, simple battery (two drunks get in a fight at the bar), lying to a peace officer, and simple possession (minor amount of pot) are all pretty irrelevant in the great scheme of things.
But the fact is that people are continuity breaking these laws. They went the wrong way with this. Simple scenario, your 15 and your curfew is 11pm. If all you ever got as a punishment was a 30sec spiel from your folks, no one would ever be home. But if you were late, and your parents handled you your *** and you couldn't do anything for a month, you'd be home right on the dot everytime.
Of course, no one wants to live in Nazi Germany, where you're afraid to jaywalk and get tossed in the slammer either... So it's a balancing act.

This why we should be allowed to beat our kids like we were beat. My kids lie cheat or steal Im pulling out the belt like my tail got. Im a way better person today for the beatings I got when I was younger. Parents are afraid to punish their kids these days. They want to be their friend.

The parents are afraid of there kids these days... If they show up to school with so much as a bruise, You can count on getting a visit from Children and Welfare. It makes me sick to think of it this way, but so many teachers are either overwhelmed by what they can and cannot do, Plus parents that don't give a Da%&. It turns into feast or famine.

Its like this you smack your kid on the a$$ leave a mark they come and take you away child goes with child welfare. You explain he/she tried to light the house on fire we dont want to here it you hit them. Your child does something wrong fights steals etc etc you get the fine the time and blame for being a bad parent which comes back to not being able to disapline your child in the first place so no matter what you do your F&*(*&. Nice laws we have blame the parent for the childs wrong doing/upbrining but arrest the parent for trying to prevent it at an early age. Makes alot of sense doesnt it.
