What's this?

I found this worm looking thing hanging from my reef today,I've never seen it before,so I'm guessing it came with a shroom rock I just got over the weekend.Does anybody know what it is?Is it harmful?Should I try to get it out?Thanks a bunch guys!

It's a bristle worm. It's fine,eat detritis and leftovers, part of the cleanup crew. Look at the common hitchikers thread.
