Whats This?

OK my tank has been up for about 5 months now. I have 5 turbo snails, a CBS, a Emrald crab, and some fish. This thing just appeared yesterday, and nothing new has been added that this thing could have hidden in. Any ideas? the top looks like the shell of a peanut.

Might be a Limpet.

I looked up limpets and that looks like what I got. Are they bad? Good? or neither?

Limpits are good. Does it have a hole in the top of the shell? If so look up keyhole limpit.
