whats up w/my lion?

Ive had him (volitan) for about 2 months. he was pale red and white but now he is almost completely black.

Interesting!! I have 3 Black Volitans and they are my favorites...but they started out as black, not red and turn black. would love to see a pic.

I would say he is just a very healthy lionfish ! Very nice looking one BTW !!

I agree with the above! IMO he looks fairly healthy!
