Were they white when you got them?
I had brown ones that turned white before. Some returned to brown by starting off at the edges first.
I've never seen white mushrooms for sale before.
I'm no Expert but I have never seen white shrooms before, so they may be bleached (if shrooms bleach??). if that is the case that the brown is them getting the color back??????
