whats with this site

well the made it right, i received today a very healthy, good looking, active fish today. it really is a very nice looking powder blue...at about 2" or so it will be the biggest fish in my 125DT after QT. and with the anticipation of having this fish, saltwaterfish . com has nothing to worry about. not also will the fish be treated and maintained well, they will drain my pockets alittle more. hhaha i will be purchasing a order well over $200 within the next couple weeks. i had plans on getting curtain corals and fish from curtain site, but they have now earned my money....

Are you dumb? How do you expect a BUSINESS to go into their pocket and spend 30 bucks on shipping when they explain in money back guarentee that you will get the money back or credit. Haha. It is not like fedex gives them their money back when a very sensitive fish dies while in a bag full of his own ammonia for hours. Thats like you driving a hour to see someone jump 20 buses with a bike and he dies and they say that if he dies you get your money back, You say well I want my gas money also.
I don't intend to take anything away from SWF at all, but this is not the case. The 'big boy' of the industry does refund shipping charges as well on livestock.
That said, SWF does have better prices on some specimens and unique specimens they don't carry.
