whats wrong with this softie?

my kenya(least thats what i think it is. if not please correct me!) has withered up for the last 5 days. it's been really happy and healthy where it has been for months now. i'll do a water test later today for you guys. i've been testing and all has been in check. 0phosphate, 0 nitrite, 0 ammonia, ca 400-440, kh 6-9*, and mag at 1500. i'm dosing iodize at about 12 drops every other day.
picks are in this order: first is what it looks like now. the next one's are what it has looked like.
also, i'll give a shot of the softie's neighbors. maybe somthing is stinging or irritating it?

could be chemical warfare if u hv other softies. try running carbon and water change. any reason u r dosing iodide? no need to if u r doing weekly water change. iodide is toxic is overdosed. many many people actually do not need to dose anything inside their tanks. it does more harm than good.

my lfs told me to dose iodide. big shocker i dont need to! i also dose cal and kh. cal in my oceanic salt is usally lower then 400 and kh is 6*. thats why i dose. i do usally do a 15gallon weekly water change(system holds about 110 gallons.
tomorrow is waterchange day. ill also get some carbon and run it in the reactor. what type of carbon should i use and for how long? i've never ran carbon in a sw tank!

no need to dose anything. u hv mostly softies, and they will do fine with just water change. the carbon, get the good one.

ok, did a 20 gallon water change! maybe a 5% improvement. i'm noticeing a mucus like ooze coming off it now. got the reactor going with black magic carbon. hopfully it helps! any more ideas?

what does the slime mean? it's clear and sreingy. i'guessing stress. dosnt make any sense. it's been there for maybe 4 months and has loved it. only new thing is the orange ric under and to the left of it.
everything else in the tank is dooing awsome!
