If I remember correctly black and white are not colors. Black is the absence of all color, while white is the presence off all color. So then what would grey be?

I think it is more like that white is a reflection of all colors, and black has no reflection colors.
Gray is a mixing of black and white pigments.

Uhm....any mix of blue and green.
