Whats your light cycle

I have a Coralife 36 Inch Aqualight W/ 2-96W Sq. Pin Base And 2-3/4W Lunar Blue-Moon-Glow LED Lamps. It has the 10K, an Actinic 03 and 2 lunar lamps. Three plugs, three diffrent timers.
Maybe this should have been a poll, but I just wanted to get some opinions on different peoples light cycles.

On my 46 gallon bowfront I have 2 96 watt pc's and I keep them going 10 hours a day.
On my 55 gallon im currently battling some hair algae and i've been keeping the lights on that for 7 hours a day. The lights are 4 65 watt pc's.
On my 10 gallon which is also battling algae (and has nothing that requires light) i've been keeping the lighting on around 3-4 hours a day. 30 watt 50/50 bulb.

I'm thinking that since the actinic is a blueish light and the 10K is more of a yellow light and both together make the tank really bright, in order to simulate the sun I would have a cycle that went actinic on by its self then if I could time it right 10K on by it self then both on at the same time for the majority of the day, then 10K on by its self then again with the timers actinic on by its self. Like a dawn to dusk, blue, yellow, bright white, yellow and blue again.
or
The other thing that I was thinking is a simpler cycle of actinic on, both actinic and 10K together, the actinic on by its self again.
I'm also haveing a bit of a time with algae, but I think if I increase my cleaners they should take care of it.

9am 55wx2 Actinics, 55wx2 50/50 turn on
10am 400w 20000K XM (MH) turn on
8pm 400w MH turns off
9pm Actinics, 50/50s off
If you're battling algae, then ya...shorten the photoperiod and/or add cleanup crew. Try to figure out what caused the algae outbreak.

I have Corrallife lights. 2-65w Actinics & 2-65w 10K. The Actinics go on for an hour, then everything on for 8 hours and finish up with 1 hour of Actinics.

I don't think the algae problem started with the light. In the last six weeks I've changed the tank a bit. First switch from CC to sand, adding its first 20 lbs. of LR and upgrading the lights from normal output.
Before I had minimal cleaners. Didn't need them because I did the vacuming. I have since then added 20 nassarius snails, 10 trochus snails, 25 hermits and 2 emerald crabs. There is also a black sailfin blennie. The hermits and blennie were added this past weekend. I think the tank is starting to turn around now. If I feel the need I might put in 10-20 more hermits this weekend.
Also with the algae problem, I got the LR from right here at swf.com and when I opened the box it might have had a faint smell to it but I didn't think it was that bad so I put the rock right in the tank. I havent lost any fish and its been more than a month.
