Whats your oldest fish?

I had posted this in the new hobby forum not much feedback.I guess I posted it in the wrong forum.So,what is your oldest fish?Just curious on life spans of different fish.Thanks

I haven't been in the hobby that long. I've had a few fish live for about a year but on average, they are only living 4-6 months.

My Maroon Clown and Yellow Tang came with my tank... I've only had them for 6 months, but my MIL had them for 5-6 years.

Some only live a few years and some live a few decades......all depends on species and how well they are tended to in captivity...the sad thing is when one takes a fish thats known to live 20 years and kills it in 20 days....I think we all have done it or simular though.....I guess what matters would be how often one keeps doing it, or if they care.

a cinnamon clown given to me by my father. hes 7 years old, and about 5 1/2 ins. long.

I have a christams Wrasse (not the one that grows real big) and he's is about 2 1/2 years old, he is with a perc clown thats almost two, and a one year old cleaner shrimp and jawfish.
