They need a little flow to but i would think that high flow would work too. This stuff is resiliant. I ship it all the time to people and i put it in a baggie with a little water and ship it 2-3 day mail. it does great. Nont stress about it. The only thing that i would say about the sponge dish is that its small and you cant have enough. Make sure you get a all plastic one. no metal!

what i did was i went to ***** and bought a breeder. i took out the little compartment and the lid. i then sawed the thick layer of plastic off the top and glued it to the top of the little compartment so there is a little lip for the top to fit on. then i just drilled a few extra holes in it with a very tiny drill but (so small that the heat from drilling holes bent the metal out of shape). ill post a pic when i can get it oh and i also superglues two suction cups to the back of it.
