When Can I add my new live rock

It's been soaking for over a day in it's own tub and the ammonia readings are normal. Should I wait longer or is it safe to add piece by piece now?

Yes an established tank with 2 fish and other corals, inverts etc...
The tank is about 2 years old and I'm adding it to about 10 pounds of live rock plus some other rock.

I should also say it's a 44 gallon tank

Yep from SWF - great shape and never sat outside at my house. All was really wet still - a bit chilly but wet

I already have the powerheads and heater in there. Do I need to add a light?
