u could get a few hardier corals after 1 month after u set up ur tank. make sure to test ur water b4 tho. i added my corals after 3 weeks. its doing awesome. i used cured live rocks and sand and waited about 1 week b4 adding 2 fish and some inverts. try using the product cycle.

First set up the tank and let it cycle. 1-2 months.
Next add inverts to clean up the tank. Another 1-2 weeks.
Then Add fish...1 at a time. Develop a plan here. Smaller less aggressive first.
Then add corals starting with softies.
At about the 6-8 month mark if everything is going well and your corals live get LPS.
at about the 1.5-2 year mark get sps.
OK so I over exaggerated the last two but I want to stress that this is a hobby of patience. Rush it and you will fail. Besides there is so much going on in the first 3-4 months of a tank corals are not necessary.

Yeah you need to cycle your tank and have stable tank before you actual have coral and fish there. PATIENCE is the key to successful tank.
Good Luck
