When true percs turn black

Ok i have 2 true percs and was wondering how long does it take till they start turning black just wondering b/c i was really excited to see them be part black here is a pic of them

They don't look like Onyx to me so I doubt if they will ever turn black.

I know that they are not onyx but i know that true percs do turn black like this one

because at liveaquria they sell onyx clowns and percula clowns and the true percs and pic of the true perc is part black

It can take a year or so for a Percula to grow into its final colors but it does not look the me like your fish are going to change coloration very much. Just an opinion of course and perhaps they will, it would suprise me if they did though.

Are you sure they are true percs(SI percs)? They dont look like it.

They look like A. Percula to me but a close-up would help. If you're positive then there's no need
