Where am I in my cycle?

My tank has been up and running for about 4 weeks now. 50lbs of base rock. About 20lbs of live rock. 1'' fine sand bed in the DT. Mud and argonite in the fuge along with cheato.
I believe I missed the ammonia spike, my readings are still clearly 0. My nitrites have been .1ppm for the past few days. I have no seen an clear signs of nitrate yet. My red sea test kit is showing a color that is no quite 0 but no where near the next color. SG is 1.024 temp ranges from 78-80. pH steady at 8.2. and my alk is showing "normal".
I want to get my CUC in there but a hesitant with the nitrate.
Thanks in advance!

nitrate will not harm the CUC if its not crazy high. i would not have added the cheato's this early. cheato's feed on light and nitrates. you need the nitrates to break down the nitrites. but if you havent had a ammonia spike i dont think you will have a nitrite spike. so im not really sure. wait another week to see if the parameters change.

Feed the tank a tiny amount of fish food every day for the next 4 weeks. Then put in the Cucumber if you want.
