Where can i get LR in hawaii? %%

does anyone know where i can buy live rock on Oahu? ...since none of the site can ship it here.

Hawaii is hard for reef tanks, they have such strict regulations on imported species, if your on Oahu then hit Honolulu and theres a bunch of places downtown.

Check out modern pet downtown. They have some zoo's but that's about it. There is a place in Kailua that I've seen Molokai Live rock for 9.00. Most coral species are restricted here.

Yep, sounds silly, but to someone that loves thier reef, having to stick with JUST native specimens is unbearable. Love to visit but no way I could stay

Don't forget the "Myth" about the bad luck you will have if you take rock/sand away from them. I believe it, there are some horror stories.

Oh I know! I remember that time when Bobby Brady took home that rock from Hawaii. It was scary.
I think it happened to the Fonz too.
