where can i guy bristle worms?

I dont have any and would like to add some to my rubble sock section of my sump to clean up the "waste" in there.

If you bought live rock, you have them and just have not seen them. Place a silverside next to a piece of rock after lights out and watch using moon lamps or a red light, they'll come out of the rock.

Check your local clubs or LFS. Curiosity got me and a guy on the large auction site is one for $6(I'd be a millionaire if this was the going rate). Unless you bought dry rock/sand, I honestly cannot fathom you not having any. I have not seen any in my 90, but can tell you they are in there from being stung while moving rocks. They are hard to spot and generally only come out at night.
