Where can I order Glass tank lids?

My 2 glass tank lids cracked on my 75 gallon. Does anyone know where I can order new ones? I am refering to the ones that separate the light fixture and the water. I guess I need 2 24" ones.

I just have 2 pieces of glass cut at the local hardware store. Place them on a table top or something else flat that you don't mind not being able to use for about 24 hours. When you place them leave about a 1/16" gap between them. Tape them into position. Then put a small bead of silicone in the gap. This will work for your hinge.
