Where do I find corner overflows?

Ok... I got a 120gal drilled tank (standard 4x2x2) but need to add the corner overflow boxes... For the life of me, I cant find them anywhere... Any ideas as to where I can find them?

Not to sound snarky, but I found a place to buy them on a 2-second good search. We can't post competitor links, so all I can say is go google "replacement corner overflow" and look for the second link. This is assuming of course that the tank is drilled on the bottom, as these are reef-ready overflow replacements.

Are the holes already drilled? Or are you just replacing the corner overflow boxes? If they aren't drilled, consider going with something more low profile - such as a bean animal overflow which is dead silent. Or, if that doesn't suit your needs, you could try a coast to coast overflow, which is great for wave makers and increasing filtration capacity.

The tank is already drilled but has no corner overflows. I thought about DIY but navigating the pre-fab route as well. Just doesnt seem to be alot out there. Looks like Novahobbies gave me my best shot but even it is for established accounts and retailers... :-(

Do a durso standpipe or just a simple overflow standpipe... Paint the PVC black with flat black krylon. It will be covered in coralline in no time.
In fact, it would be an easy way to do water changes. You could put a coupling on it at your water change mark and make sure it has a very tight connection to the rest of the pipe, maybe even seal up one side of the coupling. When you are ready to do a water change, put your drain line into a large bucket/container and pull the standpipe up at the coupling. Let it drain, then pump saltwater back into the tank. Simple and easy.
I'm all about penny pinching when I can. lol

Thats not a half bad idea... And I shouldnt have to worry about to much water fluctuation in my display when I am running a 55 gal sump. All my variation will occur in the sump as long as my flow is great enough correct?

I think they are acutally 1 1/4 and I think I am going to switch out the plumbing when I clean it up some. Tank holes are 1 1/2 I think so whatcha thinking? I started a new build thread so maybe you can keep up with me and help me out throughout.... :)

If the holes in the glass is only 1 1/2" in diameter, then you can only get a 3/4" bulkhead in it. There should be two holes to each overflow. One smaller for the return, usually 3/4" and one larger one that fits a 1" bulkhead for the drain. That's how it comes standard from the manufacturer.
If I were you,....
I would use the corner overflow holes as drains and returns for a closed loop system and buy an overflow kit from glass holes and cut a couple of new holes for an overflow. It's not the cheapest route to go, but it would be better.

Was this a manufactured reef ready tank or did some yahoo drill it in his garage like I woulda done?

Dude I owe you an apology, I did NOT see the notes in the order page about the dealers and established accounts. Although I bet you could email them and appeal to their good judgement to let you get a set of overflows if you try that route.
If you have a couple DIY genes and some basic tools, it's actually not that hard to cut acrylic. You might consider trying to build your own.
Oh and Corey....it's not too late to start. Your first potential client started this thread!
